Before purchasing goods from this website, Little Angels Baby Gifts, please read our terms and conditions of sale carefully.

It is very important that you take as much care as possible when giving us your personalised instructions. All personalised information is checked for any mistakes against the original order form before the goods are dispatched. We cannot accept liability for incorrectly embroidered items if your instructions were not clear or words spelt incorrectly. When placing your order with us you agree to buy the goods ordered at the specified price. Occasionally items may be replaced with a similar high quality product. As we offer a fast turnaround, order changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been placed. Order cancellations are at the discretion of Little Angels Baby Gifts. Orders cannot be cancelled once embroidery on the goods has been started. If cancellation is possible, a handling charge will be payable by you. Embroidered goods cannot be returned for a full refund as they have no re-sale value. If you have any concern about the quality of the goods please contact us before placing your order. If items are not available once your order has been accepted we will contact you and refund amount already paid to your credit/debit card account. When we receive your order and payment has been accepted we will email you confirming your order. If there is a query on your order we will contact you. Please be aware that thread colours are only a guide and the final result may vary slightly in colour. All items are checked for damage before they are dispatched. If an item arrives to you damaged please contact us immediately by email. If appropriate, goods will be replaced once original goods have been returned to us. When items are dispatched outside the UK the responsibility of local taxes and duties is the recipient. We aim to dispatch goods 48 hours from receipt of order (within the UK). If there has been an attempted delivery of your order your parcel will be kept at your local delivery post office for 10 days. After that time the parcel will be returned to us, if you wish to have your parcel re-sent a fee is payable to cover postage costs.Occasionally orders may take longer due to suppliers, volume of orders but if this is the case you will be informed of the delay. You are responsible for the goods as soon as we have delivered them to you. Little Angels Baby Gifts accepts credit/debit cards through PayPal. Authorisation of credit/debit card is confirmed when your order has been placed. By placing your order with us you accept us to charge the total amount on the order form and that all information you have supplied is correct. Paypal provide a secure link for your transaction details. We are not responsible for the operation of the secure link so we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via this link.
